Digicomm offers several high performance, modular and integrated, RF and L-Band signal management platforms. Operators can easily split/combine RF services in a cost-effective and space-efficient manner. The MAXNET II and SignalOn platforms are CCAP™ compliant and support DOCSIS® 3.1 services up to 1.2 GHz, and also deliver up to 4K QAM signals without impairment due to RF management.

Overview
The MAXNET II Platinum Series provides an ultra-dense, fully integrated RF signal management solution. By utilizing the properties of MCX connectors and mini coaxial cable, MAXNET II offers the benefits of our original MAXNET line and more – in a lot less space. The product lineup includes splitting/combining passive modules (16, 8, 6, 4, dual 4-way, and triple 2-way), DC modules, broadcast/narrowcast combiner, diplex filter, MCX to F transition module, amplifiers, power supplies, RF detector A/B switch and optical receivers.
Passive Modules
Passive modules include splitting/combining modules (16, 8, 6, 4, dual 4-way, and triple 2-way), DC modules, broadcast/narrowcast combiner, diplex filter and an MCX to F transition module. Most passive modules have front access locations for pads and EQs along with front access to -20 dB dual test points.
Active Amplifiers & RF Switches
ATX offers MAXNET II hot-swappable amplifiers in a variety of technologies (GaAs and GaN) for forward and return applications, as well as an RF detector A/B switch.
Ultra-Dense RF & Optical Active Modules
The ATX MAXNET II platform offers ultra-dense, single-width combiners, narrowcast amplifiers and return path receivers.
Chassis & Power Supplies
MAXNET II is offered in a compact 3RU chassis (passive and active versions available) along with compact 1RU passive chassis. Modules push and lock into the chassis so no mounting hardware is necessary. Choose from an assortment of cable management selections including trays, bars and cable management systems. Hot-swappable power supplies are available in both AC and 48V powering versions.
Filters
ATX has over 30 years of experience in designing and manufacturing industry leading, high performance RF filters. The MAXNET II diplex filter module is used to separate the forward and return path spectrum.
Pads | EQs | Connectors | Accessories
A combination of MCX, F and BNC connectors for miniature coaxial cable enables users to easily interface between the MCX-based MAXNET II platform and legacy F and BNC equipment. MAXNET II’s optimized RF performance, non-blind entry compression MCX, F and BNC connectors and terminators allow for easy field installation.
Other MAXNET II accessories include connector installation tools, MCX to F and BNC adaptors, locking header blocks, plug-in pads and EQs (along with an insertion/extraction tool), inline MCX pads, mini cable and fiber installation/extraction tools, and replacement fans.

Overview
ATX’s SignalOn Series of RF Management products provides a variety of modular solutions to simplify the headend signal management challenge with the highest rack space density achievable using F connectors. The SignalOn Series offers specifications that exceed cable industry requirements for insertion loss, port-to-port isolation and frequency response. ATX offers an array of SignalOn passive and active modules including RF splitters/combiners, DCs, L-Band splitters, diplex filters, conditioning and monitoring modules, amplifiers, power supplies and RF switch modules.
Passive Modules
SignalOn passives include RF splitting/combining modules (8, 4, 2, dual 4-way and triple 2-way), DCs, diplex filter, conditioning and monitor module, and L-Band splitters. Some SignalOn passive modules have front access to make-before-break attenuation along with front access to test points.
Active Amplifiers & RF Switches
SignalOn provides hot-swappable GaAs technology forward and return path amplifiers, as well as an RF switch module.

ATX’s MAXNET product line provides a high density, fully integrated RF signal management solution. ATX’s high quality MAXNET products consist of a vast array of RF splitters/combiners, DCs, filters, pads/EQs, as well as amplifiers, RF switch products, and power supplies.
Passive Modules
Passive modules include multiple configurations of MAXNET splitters/combiners, DCs, filters, and a signal conditioning (pad/EQ) module. All splitting, combining, and DC modules are equipped with plug-in pads and EQs (where applicable).
Active Amplifiers & RF Switches
ATX offers hot-swappable MAXNET amplifiers in a variety of technologies (GaAs and GaN), as well as an RF detector/switch and a dual A/B switch.
Chassis & Power Supplies
Depending on your needs, ATX offers MAXNET standard active and active powered chassis (5RU) along with passive chassis (1RU, 3RU, 5RU). ATX has over 30 years of experience in designing and manufacturing industry leading, high performance RF filters. MAXNET filter modules are offered in most of ATX’s standard formats including highpass, lowpass, general bandpass, wide bandpass, diplex, noise filter for fiber optic systems, and band rejection. These filters are available in many combinations of the types listed above.
Pads / EQs / Connectors / Accessories
To ensure each piece of the broadband network meets a standard of high performance, ATX has developed many accessories for the MAXNET RF management platform that are sometimes overlooked. Items include blank panels, installation tools, BNC compression connectors, pads and EQs, patch panels, and quality F and BNC terminators.
ATX also provides pads/EQs for the many other competitive lines, fuses and breakers, as well as amplifier replacement parts such as diodes, transistors, hybrids, capacitors, resistors, “pots”, rectifiers, inductors, and hardware.
